We went far north of Command Cavern to the Wreck Ravine landmark. If you haven’t discovered this area yet, it is a ravine full of wreckage like freight containers and a boat. Down in the Wreck Ravine on the other side of the boat will be the White Filing Cabinet. Here is the close up view. All you need to do after approaching the White Filing Cabinet is hit it twice with your pickaxe and it will break, dropping the file you need to collect. One you collect the file, the mission is over and you can move onto the final week seven Resistance quest.
