How to Teleport in V Rising
Teleporting in V Rising allows players to cross great distances and save precious time, and it is a simple process. Once you locate a Vampire Waygate, you can interact with it and choose your destination. You don’t even need to interact with a Waygate to add it to the selection, just make sure you are close enough and it will become active. However, if you think this will allow you to create the castle of your undead dreams easily by transporting valuable resources back to and fro swiftly, then you are in for a rude awakening.
V Rising – You Cannot Teleport While Carrying Resources
As part of the game’s design, players are unable to teleport using the Vampire Waygates while carrying resources. This is likely to discourage prolonged farming, and test your mettle when it comes to surviving the dangerous trek home. Of course, weapons and gear can still make it through, but if you are carrying resources like Lumber, Stone, Animal Hides, and the like, the teleport mechanic is of no use. This is essential if you are playing on a PvP server, as the Vampire Waygates will not function as a safe haven should you wish to escape hunters hoping to profit from your hard work.
