How to Get the Latest NBA 2K23 Update on All Platforms
Depending on the platform you’re playing on, the steps to update NBA 2K23 will differ slightly. We’ve outlined the steps you’ll need to take on each platform below.
Xbox
It’s worth noting that the above steps will only work if there’s actually an update available for NBA 2K23. If you check the Updates section and NBA 2K23 isn’t listed, you’re already running the latest version of the game.
PS4/ PS5
Depending on your ‘Rest Mode’ settings, your PS4/ PS5 might have already downloaded and installed any updates for NBA 2K23 and other games on your SSD in the background.
Nintendo Switch
PC
On PC, things are a lot easier. Just go click the ‘Downloads’ option at the very bottom of the Steam client and you’ll be brought to a screen which shows any available updates for all installed games on your PC. Select NBA 2K23 from the list and click the play button next to it. It’ll automatically begin updating and install the game files.
